3. a) Describe five ethical principles of social worker in the development of (clients) human beings. (10 marks)
b) Highlight five traits that are necessary for one to posses and build in order to be successful as a social worker. (10 marks)

4. a)The department of social services in Kenya is faced with problems of making social policies in order to help people overcome or manage life challenging circumstances.
Explain five types of social services that would be most essential for social policy inclusion. (10 marks)
