Implied warranties
Quiet possession: this is an implied warranty that the hirer will have and enjoy quiet possession of the goods.
Free from charge and encumbrance: under sec 8 (1) (c) of the Act there is an implied warranty that the goods shall be free from any charge or encumbrance in favor of the third party when property is to pass.
